Lokaltenis
For clubs

Let your tournament run itself.

Schedules, standings and rankings are automatic. Club managers keep no spreadsheets; players see the results on their own phones.

Score entry and LRS impact

What your club can do

Let the system take over the invisible work of running a tournament — the pairing chart, collecting scores, the standings table.

Tournament management

Single elimination, round robin, groups + knockout and ladder formats. Run a tournament open to everyone or only to your members.

Automatic schedule

Pairings come straight from the participant list; the next round forms as results are entered. Postponed matches stay tracked.

Live standings

Standings and the club ranking update as matches are entered. Your members follow them in the app, everyone else on this site.

Member management

Link your members to the club; your club ranking is built from your own members' LRS ratings.

Club page

Your club's public page: your tournaments, your ranking and your member count. Search engines find it and it can be shared.

Member privacy

Members who want to protect their privacy appear anonymously in the rankings. The choice is the member's; the club doesn't make it for them.

How to get started

Your club on the system in three steps

Setup needs no technical knowledge. We open your club account; you set up the tournament.

  1. 1

    Write to us

Send us your club's name and contact details. We'll open and verify your club account.

  2. 2

    Get your manager account

We'll send you the login details for the management panel; you run your members and tournaments from there.

  3. 3

    Open your first tournament

Pick a format, add the participants and start. The schedule and standings begin to run on their own.

Your past tournament records

Tournament and match records you kept in another system can be transferred to Lokaltenis. Transferred tournaments are kept as archive records: your players' past matches and placings aren't lost.

To transfer them, tell us the format of the records you have; we'll work it out together.
