Premium Subscription Terms

1. Scope of the service

Premium is Lokaltenis’s optional paid digital service. The package covers unlimited friend tournament creation, match analysis, special Match Finder filters and profile highlights. The package scope and technical compatibility are explained on the purchase screen. No undisclosed numerical quota can later be imposed on an “unlimited” feature; proportionate technical measures to prevent abuse may be applied.

Unless stated clearly in the order, Premium does not include club tournament entry fees, court use or third-party costs. Basic free membership can be used without Premium. Opening the internet profile or giving marketing permission is not a condition of Premium.

2. Purchase, price and renewal

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, with the plan offered by the relevant store. The legal identity of the operator Mnasoft is set out in the Terms of Use. The chosen store, package name, price including taxes, billing period, any trial period and the price after it, the renewal date and how to cancel are shown before purchase.

For recurring plans, periodic billing is made within the user’s current choice and the applicable legislation/store conditions. A single-period plan may not be presented as an automatically recurring plan. Mandatory rules on the extension of fixed-term subscriptions are reserved; any required renewal request/approval is obtained separately. If the price or core scope changes, the necessary notice and approval processes are carried out.

3. Activation and access

Premium entitlements open when the store transaction is verified. In case of a verification delay or an account-matching error, support is provided; the consumer’s rights arising from the service not being provided are protected. A valid purchase can be verified again with the “Restore purchases” function in the app or through support. The transaction ID is tracked to prevent the same purchase from being charged again.

Match analyses and filters work with the necessary playing/activity data described in the KVKK Privacy Notice. No health or success guarantee is given. If the data is wrong, the correction/objection channel can be used.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

The user can turn off renewal of a recurring plan in the subscription settings of their store account. The app shows a link to the relevant store’s subscription management. Statutory termination rights are not subject to additional obstacles or penalties. The effect of cancellation on access is explained on the plan screen; refunds that have arisen or rights for unused periods are protected under mandatory legislation.

Stopping the renewal of a subscription and refunding an earlier charge are different operations. For refunds of charges processed by the store, the relevant store’s request route is used. Mnasoft cannot refuse to receive support/defective service requests about the service it provides; store terms do not remove the consumer’s mandatory rights. Support: destek@lokaltenis.com.

For digital services, the withdrawal exception applies only with the statutory conditions of the specific transaction, the information and, where necessary, consent to early performance. The rule “no refund in any case because it was bought from the store” does not apply. Deleting the account may not stop the store subscription automatically; before deletion, the user is reminded clearly to turn off renewal in the store.
