The transaction number, the time of conclusion and the total price are shown on the payment screen for each transaction.
1. Parties and documents
This contract is concluded between the service provider (“Provider”) whose identity is shown in the Pre-Information Form presented with the transaction and the consumer (“Buyer”) whose details are in the order. The Provider’s name/trade name, address, tax/registry and contact details and, where applicable, the details of Lokaltenis as intermediary are in section 1 of that form, which is an integral part of the contract. The Buyer has access to this information before payment.
For Lokaltenis’s own digital service the provider is Mnasoft; for a third party’s court service the provider is the club operator concerned. The platform’s mandatory responsibilities towards the consumer are reserved. For purchases made on behalf of a club for commercial/professional purposes, the actual buyer and the representative are distinguished; a transaction without consumer status is subject to the separate club service agreement.
The Pre-Information Form, the order summary and the Cancellation and Refund Policy at the time of purchase form part of the contract. In case of conflict, the consumer’s mandatory rights and the transaction-specific commitments disclosed in advance prevail; a page updated later does not change a past transaction to the user’s detriment.
2. Subject and scope
The subject is the provision of the service defined in the order at the stated price, place, time and conditions. Which features the digital organisation service covers and for how long; which tournament the entry relates to; for court bookings the facility, court and duration; and the provider and price of each item are shown in the transaction summary.
Third-party court, equipment, transport, coaching or similar costs not included in the service are stated clearly; they are not advertised as if they were included. Internet or mobile data costs depend on the user’s own tariff. The device, operating system and compatibility constraints needed for the service to work are explained before payment.
3. Price, payment and financial documents
The total price including taxes is the amount shown in the transaction summary. The service, any separate platform service and other mandatory items are shown separately in the pre-information. No paid extra service is added without the Buyer’s explicit choice. No later VAT difference or undisclosed mandatory cost is passed on to the consumer.
Card payment is made through iyzico’s relevant collection infrastructure. The full card details and security code are not stored by Lokaltenis. A bank transfer is made only to the recipient account stated in the order and within the stated time; confirmation of the transaction is tied to the same contract flow. If there is an option to pay directly at the club, the collection and refund are handled by the club; the intermediary’s statutory duties continue.
The invoice or relevant financial document is issued by the person providing the service in their own name. Collecting the court fee on behalf of the club does not in itself make Mnasoft the issuer of the court invoice. Coupon/promotion and money collection are kept separate; the use of a coupon does not prevent disclosure of the provider and the transaction price.
4. Conclusion, confirmation and performance
After receiving the pre-information, the Buyer accepts the contract and places the order through a button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay. The order is confirmed subject to the previously disclosed conditions on payment/availability and, where applicable, club approval. No price is charged for an unconfirmed transaction; if charged, the refund process starts without delay.
Digital access being assigned to the account does not mean that future tournament or court use has actually been completed. The activation of the digital service and the provision of the dated service are subject to the separate times in the order. Accepted documents and transaction details are provided to the Buyer by e-mail or another durable medium that can be stored without alteration.
5. Right of withdrawal and early performance
In a service contract without a statutory exception, the Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion date without giving reasons and without paying a penalty. Notice is given through the in-app request system, destek@lokaltenis.com or another legally sufficient method. The sample form is not mandatory. Mandatory provisions on the effect of missing proper withdrawal information on the period are reserved.
If court use/tournament entry on a specific date or period falls, with the characteristics shown clearly in the order, under art. 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the withdrawal exception applies. A general right of use without a date, or every subscription, does not automatically fall under this exception.
The digital organisation/management service starting before the 14 days have passed requires the Buyer’s separate consent. If this consent has been obtained and performance has started, art. 15/1-h applies. For a service genuinely performed instantly in electronic form, the art. 15/1-ğ exception applies only with a prior explanation relating to the specific service. Creating every digital record does not count as full performance. The withdrawal exception does not remove the rights relating to defective service, non-performance or breach of contract.
6. Cancellation by the user and no-show
If the Buyer cancels of their own accord, the free cancellation deadline and the refund rate for later cancellation shown before purchase apply. The amount of the deduction or its calculation method must be understandable in advance and must not be an unfair term. If a statutory right of withdrawal exists, the contractual policy does not narrow it.
If the Provider kept the service ready as agreed and the Buyer does not come, this may not give rise to a refund under the disclosed terms of the product concerned. Provider fault, incorrect information, a justified statutory claim or defective service cannot be refused under the same rule. The fact that the first match of a friend tournament has been played does not remove all claims relating to the platform’s own defective performance either.
7. Cancellation by the provider and change of date
If the Provider cannot provide the service, the club closes the court, or the Buyer is removed, through no fault of their own, from a service they paid for, the price of the service not provided is refunded. Mandatory fees tied to the service cannot be retained automatically merely by calling them a “commission”. If there is a genuinely independent and performed separate item, its scope and the consumer’s rights are assessed separately.
In the event of a material change of date/place, the Buyer is offered the option to accept the new conditions or to end the service concerned and request a refund. Silence does not count as acceptance. Minor programme changes defined clearly in advance that do not defeat the purpose of the service may be applied proportionately. In partial performance, the value of the part not provided, the divisibility of the service and the benefit of the remaining performance are taken into account; the consumer’s elective rights are reserved.
Force majeure does not allow the price of a service that was never provided to be retained unconditionally. If performance becomes impossible, the Provider gives notice within three days of learning of it and refunds the amounts collected within 14 days of the notice at the latest.
8. Refund method and time limit
The refund is made in a manner suited to the means of payment used and without charging costs. A coupon, balance or new date is not imposed instead of a money refund. A coupon becomes an alternative only if the money-refund option is shown and the user chooses the coupon separately and freely. A promotional discount and a coupon representing a price paid earlier are tracked separately.
Statutory withdrawal refunds are subject to the 14-day period in the legislation from receipt of the notice. If termination or a price reduction is chosen for defective service, the price concerned is refunded immediately. Other accepted contractual refunds are made within 14 days at the latest, subject to shorter mandatory periods. The time the bank takes to credit the account cannot justify delaying the refund instruction; the transaction reference of the instruction is given to the user.
9. Defective service, liability and remedies
The Provider provides the service in line with the contract. The consumer’s rights under Law No. 6502 to re-performance, free repair where possible, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, termination of the contract and, where the conditions are met, compensation are reserved. Proportionality in exercising the right and other mandatory limits apply. Expressions such as “as is”, “intermediary only” or similar do not remove a party’s own fault or statutory liability.
The Buyer can submit a request from the order details and to destek@lokaltenis.com; the status of the request can be tracked. In a transaction where Lokaltenis is the intermediary, it forwards the notice to the provider without delay and fulfils its own statutory obligations. The right to a money refund does not depend merely on the support team’s discretion.
In a dispute, Turkish law, the competent consumer arbitration committee/court and, where required, mandatory mediation apply. The consumer’s rights based on their place of residence or other statutory jurisdiction rules are not limited. Electronic records are not the sole and conclusive evidence. The contract is kept with the specific values of the order and the accepted version.
