Lokaltenis

Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026 · Document version: LT01-2026-10-31-01

1. Operator and scope

Lokaltenis is a platform that offers matching between tennis players, tracking of match results and LRS ratings, tournament management, court booking and optional Premium features. These terms apply to the use of the website, the mobile app and the club panel.

The platform operator is referred to as Mnasoft Yazılım ve İnovasyon Hizmetleri (“Mnasoft” or “Lokaltenis”). Business address Etiler Mah. Akgören Sk. No:7 Beşiktaş/İstanbul; phone +90 537 465 65 97; support destek@lokaltenis.com; general contact info@mnasoft.com. The processing of personal data is explained in the separate KVKK Privacy Notice.

2. Services and the parties’ roles

Match recording, basic LRS tracking and viewing the career are free. Fees for paid tournament entry, the digital organisation service, court booking and Premium are shown before the transaction. A tournament being free does not mean that other tournaments are also free.

ServiceWho provides it and its scope
Opening of and entry to a club tournament Mnasoft provides, in its own name, the digital organisation/entry service described in the order. The facility, the actual preparation of the court and the physical event are provided by the club concerned, unless expressly undertaken otherwise.
Friend tournament Mnasoft provides the creation and digital management service to the organiser. No separate fee is charged to the other participants on account of this service fee. Court and other third-party services fall within the fee only if expressly included in the package.
Court booking The provider is the club operator whose identity is shown in the transaction. Lokaltenis acts as intermediary for the booking; card collection is made through a licensed payment institution within the disclosed authority.
Premium Additional digital features of Mnasoft. Purchase and subscription billing run through the relevant app store; the roles of the provider and the store are shown on the purchase screen.

Where several services are offered together, the provider, scope and price of each item are set out separately in the order. The party that actually undertakes a performance described in the transaction is responsible for its own obligation; these terms do not remove the consumer’s statutory rights or the platform’s mandatory responsibilities as an intermediary.

3. Membership and account security

In this version, individual membership is open to persons aged 18 or over. The user states on the registration screen that they meet the age requirement. Unless a separate child membership service verified by a legal representative is offered, no account may be opened on behalf of a child. This provision does not restrict statutory rights relating to children.

The account is created by phone or e-mail verification, according to the method active on the registration screen. Registration by phone requires a phone number; registration by e-mail requires an e-mail address. The user uses contact details that belong to them and keeps their details up to date. A person acting on behalf of a club states the club’s legal identity and their authority to represent it correctly; a club employee’s account does not take the place of the club’s legal personality.

No one may open an account impersonating another person or transfer their account to unauthorised persons. The user must protect their sign-in details and report suspicious access without delay. This obligation does not remove Lokaltenis’s responsibility for data and system security. Account recovery is carried out through registered channels and verification methods proportionate to the risk.

4. Matches and LRS

A match result becomes final according to the confirmation of the players concerned and the announced match rules. Disputed/unconfirmed records are not rated as if they were final results. Users may not create fictitious matches, fixed results or rating transfers. Suspicious results may be reviewed with the reasons recorded; the user may submit an explanation and an objection.

LRS is a performance indicator based on criteria disclosed by the platform; it is not an official federation ranking or a guarantee of success. If the calculation rules are updated, their material effects are announced. Corrections are made with a traceable record. Rights relating to the deletion and limited retention of personal data cannot be refused entirely on the ground of preserving the integrity of the history.

5. Tournament and booking rules

The date, venue, entry conditions, scope of the fee and the providers of a tournament are shown before registration. The organiser keeps the participant list, the schedule and the results accurate. That an entry whose payment period expires will drop, and the conditions for confirmation, are explained on the transaction screen. If the entry or booking becomes impossible to provide, the amount collected is refunded.

For court bookings, the club sets its own price and contractual cancellation period. Before ordering, the user sees the exact date/time and the financial consequences. The conditions at the time of purchase cannot later be changed to the user’s detriment. Cancellation by the provider, a material change of date, defective service and statutory withdrawal rights are assessed separately from a late cancellation by the user.

If a player who has paid is removed from the service for a reason that is not their own fault, the fee for the service not provided is refunded. In case of a serious breach of the rules, the reasons and evidence are recorded; where possible, an opportunity to explain and object is given. A sanction does not automatically remove all rights to refunds and remedies.

6. Visibility and content

Profile publication on the open internet is off for new accounts. The user manages sharing within the app/event and publication on the open internet separately. Limited information necessary to run a tournament the user takes part in may be disclosed to the persons concerned; optional profile publication on the open internet is turned on by a separate preference. A club administrator cannot turn on internet visibility on the user’s behalf.

The user keeps their rights in the content they upload and states that they are entitled to share it. They grant Lokaltenis a purpose-limited licence that is necessary only to provide the selected service, show the content to the selected persons and ensure security. This licence does not authorise unlimited use of the content in advertising or its sale to third parties. When the content and the account are deleted, this use ends, except for statutory retention.

Insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, cheating, posts that violate another person’s privacy and unlawful content are prohibited. Violations can be reported through in-app reporting or destek@lokaltenis.com. Reports are assessed with regard to the content, security and the rights of the persons concerned. Except in emergencies, the reasons and the channel for objection are given for significant restrictions.

7. Continuity of the service and account restriction

There may be interruptions due to maintenance or third-party infrastructure. Lokaltenis makes reasonable efforts to resolve interruptions; for paid services, the rights to performance in line with the contract and to remedies for defective service are reserved. A purchased core feature is not removed without just cause and an appropriate solution. The user is offered notice of material changes and, where necessary, an option to terminate/receive a refund.

For serious or repeated breaches, a proportionate warning, removal of content, temporary suspension or closure of the account may be applied. Except for urgent security intervention, the user is informed in advance where possible. An account restriction requires the status of any open orders and paid entitlements to be resolved separately. The user may delete their account under the Account Deletion Policy.

8. Remedies and changes

These terms are governed by Turkish law. The consumer’s right to apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee, court and other remedies is reserved. In commercial transactions, the relevant commercial contract and the general rules on jurisdiction apply. Where required by law, mandatory mediation as a precondition to litigation is carried out.

Material changes are announced by in-app notification or through the registered contact channel; where necessary, acceptance is obtained separately. Changes do not apply to past purchases to the user’s detriment. Electronic records are not the sole and conclusive evidence; the parties’ right to submit counter-evidence is reserved. Versions and accepted texts are kept accessible in a storable form.
